1. If you are not yet an Associate Member of CRA and would like to be a sponsor and/or exhibit at the Road Show in 2026, please fill out the form at this link: https://micountyroads.org/associate-members/join-now/

(Exhibitors and sponsors must be up-to-date with their Associate Membership dues.)

2. Road Show booth placements will be provided by the CRA team within 3 weeks of the Road Show. Booth locations will be placed using a multitude of factors including overall attendee experience.

3. Sponsorships are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If your selection is sold out, we will contact you for an alternative.

4. You will be invoiced based on your selections in this form within two weeks.

Please indicate the total # of booths and the CRA team will calculate your invoice amount based on the answer provided. CRA provides a discounted rate after 2 booths are purchased ($750 each for 2 spaces, $600 for >3 spaces). Booth spaces are 10x10.
