DESCRIPTION:Some important human resources (HR) regulations are changing and challenging county road agencies to keep up!  One new reg to impact every road agency this year is the Earned Sick Time Act   called ESTA   which takes effect Feb. 21\, 2025.  In addition\, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act was updated in 2024.\n\n\n\nCRA's Finance & Human Resources Committee has established this Bridging the Gap Webinar to provide ESTA background and requirements\, to answer your questions and pose some strategies for implementing it.
