Engineering Services R. S. Scott specializes in designing bridges, roads, buildings, parks, trails, and land developments. We also perform NBIS bridge inspections, construction engineering, construction administration, feasibility studies, grant applications and surveying. Serving Michigan since 1946, experience is our strength. We are MDOT prequalified, a certified small business and have HUBZone certification.
